- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until thickened, then stir in the chopped spinach and parsley.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve immediately with the sauce.
