TUSCAN SALMON WITH PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE

A delightful recipe for a creamy Tuscan salmon that brings restaurant flavors to your home.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until thickened, then stir in the chopped spinach and parsley.
  7. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for an additional minute.
  8. Serve immediately with the sauce.
