Tomato Zucchini Pasta

A delicious and easy recipe for Tomato Zucchini Pasta that incorporates turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  4. In the same skillet, add zucchini and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture. Stir in chopped turkey bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
