Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a greased baking sheet and press it out into a rectangle.
  7. Top with cherry tomatoes and rosemary, pressing them into the dough.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
