- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1 cup pasta (such as ditalini)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the pot, then add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, green beans, zucchini, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in chicken ham, cooked bacon, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
