Sticky Beef Noodles

Ingredients

  • 400g beef strips
  • 250g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef strips in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Incorporate bell pepper and green onions; stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan and mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
