- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and chopped turkey bacon.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and fill it with the spinach mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
