- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package pizza dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to create bites and seal the edges.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving.
