Spinach & Artichoke Pizza Bites

Delicious and easy homemade appetizer featuring creamy spinach and artichoke flavors in bite-sized pizza form.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each dough square.
  5. Fold the dough over to create bites and seal the edges.
  6. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool briefly before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle Italian seasoning over the bites before baking.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
