Spinach and Feta Quesadillas

These Spinach and Feta Quesadillas are easy to make and packed with flavor, perfect for a quick meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle feta and mozzarella cheeses over the spinach.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sun-dried tomatoes or olives.
