- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle feta and mozzarella cheeses over the spinach.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
