Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and use a fork or potato masher to gently smash them.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Serve warm.
