SLOW COOKER HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN AND VEGGIES

Delicious and easy slow cooker honey garlic chicken with mixed veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour honey mixture over chicken.
  4. Add mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For added heat, include red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with rice for a complete meal.
