  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add chicken ham, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until vegetables become tender.
  4. Stir in shrimp, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper; cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
