  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they begin to brown.
  4. Add broccoli florets, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  6. If desired, add soy sauce and mix well before serving.
