2 cans salmon, drained
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley together until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
