Quick & Easy Stuffed Potato Cakes

Delicious and easy to make stuffed potato cakes combining turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm.
