  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, queso cheese, half of the enchilada sauce, onion, garlic powder, and cumin.
