- 1 pound pizza dough
- 6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small rounds.
- Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each piece with a slice of prosciutto, a slice of fig, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
