Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small rounds.
  3. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each piece with a slice of prosciutto, a slice of fig, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add arugula for a peppery touch on top after baking.
