Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature overnight.
  4. In the morning, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and stretch it to fit.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and herbs.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
