Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin to form the crusts.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Fill each cookie cup with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Top with mini Oreo cookies.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
