  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Push garlic to one side and crack in the eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cooked rice.
