One Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
  2. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute.
