Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles Recipe

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add ginger and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; mix well.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
