  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 8-10 minutes.
