  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
