- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
