Loaded Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Fold in the cooked cauliflower and broccoli.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
