  • 1 cup cauliflower rice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  4. Add cauliflower rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
