  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides using a spoon.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken, and stir well.
