Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Season the meat with salt.
  3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge the meat in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated meat until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Slice the fried meat and serve over rice drizzled with Tonkatsu sauce.
