  • 1 cup sliced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and carrots, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch with a bit of water, then add it to the pot.
  5. Allow the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle in the sesame oil and stir in the beaten eggs.
  7. Top with green onions and black pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra spicy kick, add chili paste to taste.
  • Using low-sodium chicken broth can help reduce sodium content.
