  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Once cooked, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by the steamed broccoli, and topping with the honey Sriracha salmon.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
