  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, chicken ham, thyme, and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water.
