Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies – Fudgy, Chewy & So Easy

These gluten free chocolate crinkle cookies are fudgy, chewy, and incredibly easy to make, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out the dough and roll into balls.
  6. Coat each ball in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use a kitchen scale for measuring ingredients.
  • Experiment with adding chocolate chips for extra fudginess.
