  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
