  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
