Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delightful twist on a classic breakfast dish, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the cubed French bread, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.
  • Try adding your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
