This Easy & Quick Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combines the flavors of chicken, ham, and turkey bacon for a comforting, cheesy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, ham, turkey bacon, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
