EASY GROUND BEEF ENCHILADAS

A delicious and easy recipe for ground beef enchiladas that is perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until cooked through.
  3. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, and green chiles to the meat mixture and stir well.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture, sprinkle cheese on top, and roll up.
  5. Place filled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
