  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, add the ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon, diced potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
