- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the crockpot, add the ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon, diced potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
