  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
