Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas

A delicious and simple recipe for cheesy ground beef enchiladas that will satisfy everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and cheese, then roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in the baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Serve with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
  • Top with your favorite hot sauce for added spice.
