Delicious Homemade Chicken Alfredo

A rich and creamy chicken alfredo dish enhanced with the delightful flavor of turkey bacon, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine and bacon, tossing to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
