- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
