  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until soft.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Mix in shredded chicken and frozen vegetables.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
