  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and add to the crockpot.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the crockpot.
  4. Stir to combine everything well.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Before serving, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
