  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups white sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, turkey bacon, and white sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the sauce and remaining cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
