  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable, then fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour green enchilada sauce over the tops of the tortillas and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
