- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink; remove from skillet.
- Pour in heavy cream, cherry tomatoes, and spinach; stir until spinach wilts.
- Add cooked linguine, shrimp, bacon, Parmesan, and seasonings; toss to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
