CREAMY TUSCAN SHRIMP LINGUINE

A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring shrimp, turkey bacon, and a creamy sauce.

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink; remove from skillet.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, cherry tomatoes, and spinach; stir until spinach wilts.
  6. Add cooked linguine, shrimp, bacon, Parmesan, and seasonings; toss to combine.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs.
  • Can be made with gluten-free pasta.
