Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, tuna, peas, soup, half of the cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
