  • 1 pound steak strips
  • 1 cup queso blanco
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the steak strips until browned.
  2. Remove the steak and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the rice and toast for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook until rice is tender.
  6. Stir in the queso blanco until well mixed, then add the steak back into the skillet.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy dish!
