Creamy Garlic Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add broccoli and cooked fettuccine to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the creamy pasta.
