  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and thyme; cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; heat through.
